Trailhead Resturant
The Trailhead is our full service restaurant. Whether you're planning to fill up before heading into the park or returning from a day of adventure, our menu offers a wide variety of food choices. We offer top notch service in a wonderful atmosphere. Dine on the deck to enjoy luxurious views of Deer Mountain, Fall River & the Park.

Visitor Center
Fall River Visitor Center is Rocky Mountain National Park's newest visitor center. Opened in 2000, it offers outstanding wildlife exhibits & a spectacular view of the park. Rangers & Rocky Mountain Nature Association volunteers are on hand to answer questions. The Nature Association Book Store offers books & memorabilia for sale. There are also scheduled classes, shows & nature walks to enhance your park experience.

Rocky Mountain Gateway Hours of Operation:

During peak season, hours are 8AM to 9PM. Hours shorten beginning in October & lengthen in May.
