The Visitor Center offers a fascinating learning experience for the entire family with full-size wildlife displays, videos, maps, books and a staff of knowledgeable Park Service representatives. Informed answers, as well as tips on how to best enjoy your Rocky Mountain adventure are available here.

The Visitor Center and Gateway buildings are connected by a covered walkway with a magnificent view of McGregor and Deer Mountains on either side, Fall River below, forests, meadows and, very possibly, grazing elk, mule deer and big horn sheep.

Hours of Operation:

During peak season, hours are 8AM to 5PM. Weekends from 9AM-4PM during off season.
